Mountain Series Chapters 6&7

The following comment is inspired by Matthew 5:16,"  Let your light so shine before men,that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven."  Everyone has and will be influenced by some power,rules,and standards. It will show in our deeds and in our every day life. In order for God to be manifested in us,we need the truth of God which comes from God's word. God's enlightenment that inspire us reflects from the bible. We can get God's light through teaching,praying,mediation,and by putting the word of God into practice. By doing this,God will be introduce to the world and will be glorified. Let our light so shine.

The following comment is inspired by Matthew 5:14-15," You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden."    It should be a way of life for christians to give spiritual illumination,not just christians but all religions that confess and worship a higher intelligence who is God. Our interlight which is truth should be known unto all men. If we talk about the truth only we are hiding it under a bushel,and if we do it as well,we will give light unto all who are around us. Light is not only something that make vision possible as the Merriam Webster's dictionary define it,it is life too. We are the light of the world,a city who is set on a hill,we cannot be hid.

The following comment is inspired by Matthew 5:13," You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor,how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men."  Jesus in his earthly ministry had taught and warned the Apostles and all who had and will follow him,that without him we can't do nothing. One of the uses of salt in Jesus time was to preserve meat. We who are christians is like salt and Jesus is the one who gives us the savior power. If we give up our faith in Jesus Christ,which is given to us in the gospel,we will be lost and lose those who we are trying to save. Let us keep our savior power,who is Jesus Christ.
